At the end of 2019, HEC Executive's website looked outdated compared to those of its competitors. At the same time, the company's marketing and sales were faltering.
At that time, HEC Executive :

Objectives & Challenges
HEC Executive's objectives were as follows:
- Implement HubSpot's Marketing Hub
- Implement HubSpot's Sales Hub
- Import its database into HubSpot and create lists and workflows for automatic assignment to these lists
- Create a new, high-performance, conversion-optimized website, integrated with HubSpot CRM
- Train staff to use the new tool
- Elaborate a high-performance Marketing & Sales strategy, built around common axes

- Import HEC's contact and company files into HubSpot

- Implement HEC personas in HubSpot
- Create automatic assignment workflows for these personas, based on answers given in the capture form fields
- Create sales pipelines adapted to business needs
- Map the customer journey in HubSpot
