In 2022, Syndic4You, an SAAS specialized in building management, wanted to further improve its marketing and sales processes and align all its operations with a common goal: customer satisfaction.
At the time, Syndic4You :
- did not have a tool to centralize the management of its marketing and sales activities
- did not have a high-performance tool for tracking sales operations
- didn't know how much time its sales staff spent on each sale
- didn't have a database of sales aids to help salespeople improve their performance.
Syndic4You therefore wanted to develop a new strategy integrating all its departments around a common objective. To achieve this, the company called on Stratenet, the HubSpot digital strategy and implementation specialist.

Objectives & Challenges
With this in mind, we drew up a strategy in collaboration with Syndic4You to precisely define the objectives of our mission and provide a framework for the entire process.
Syndic4You's objectives were as follows:
- Verify the implementation of HubSpot's Marketing and Sales hubs to make sure they were adapted to the company's needs.
- Train Syndic4You staff in the use of HubSpot
- Improve the efficiency of marketing operations, with the aim of bringing more qualified leads to sales staff
- Improve sales team processing of leads brought in by marketing teams
- Analyze sales team performance
- Harmonize all corporate actions and align them with an ever more optimized customer experience.
